Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

I’m a Gen 2 Prius driver and I’ve been trying for months to get my headlight bulb replaced for a reasonable price to no avail. Some places want to charge me upwards of $200 to replace both D4R headlights and wouldn’t let me bring my own bulbs. Today, Monro was amazing enough to service my car with my own bulbs at no cost to myself! You don’t know how much of a relief it is to have one less car problem to worry about. Great place and a lovely worker!

The guys at this shop are too good to be part of a chain! No other service center has treated us this well. They always have your car's best interests at heart. I've had several dumb and serious issues over the years that they've helped rectify, and it never ceases to amaze me how easy they make the experience. Honestly, treat them with respect, and Jason and the team will take care of you.

My wife took the car in to get the passengers side head light replaced. Everything went as expected except for the bill. My last bill for this same service was almost 3 times less expensive. The bill aligns with what I would pay at the dealership which is one of the reasons I choose not to take it to the dealership. It just seemed very inconsistent. Other than that great job and thank you for the service.

My car now smells like cigars! I don’t smoke, but the employees do- in the garage with your car. The office smells too, and it’s so strong that it gave me a headache that lingered long after leaving. Completely ridiculous, and absolutely unprofessional. Good enough service, though; had my inspections done. 1 hour, very quick. Worth the smell?? Not at all. Go somewhere else if you want your car returned the way you left it.

Been going to this place for a few years and the customer service use to be great. Robbie is fantastic, always treated me fair and looked out for me. Never over charged me for minor things, but recently I had to get new struts, and I only wanted them to install 1 strut since the other one wasn't damaged. The gentleman at the front desk went ahead to put in the order for both struts since that's what they recommended. Told him I recently lost my job when the government shut down and I couldn't afford 1200 dollars. He told me to use the pay tomorrow loan but failed to explain the details of the loan. The gentleman told me it's like affirm, well now I'm stuck paying 44 dollars a week and it's being automatically taken out of my account. A few days later I was having more issues with my car, took it to autozone and the diagnosis was a failing alternator, I took my car to monro just to see how much it would cost to replace it, I asked them to look at the belt and tension which I mentioned in the detailed comments section when I made the appointment. The same gentleman at the front desk told me he'll take care of me. They diagnosed my car and told me it was a failing alternator and pro
